Cancellation policy: Cancellation is free 72 hours prior to arrival.
30% cancellation fee within 72 -24 hours.
In the event of cancellation or no-show within 24 hours, the total amount will be billed (100%).

Terms of payment: Transfer 30% of the total amount to our bank account within 10 days of booking.
The balance of the reservation must be paid at the hotel on arrival or departure.
In case of non-payment, the reservation will be canceled automatically.
